The first day in January marks the beginning of a new year! Often, people commit to a NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION. We pledge to create success through various means: While some wish to lose weight, others hope to omit negative habits from their life…

Though it’s only been a matter of months since I wove it into my regular routine, cigarette smoking is something that I want to remove from my life completely. It is a filthy habit, and nothing good has come of it. So, my 2013 resolution: cease to continue with my habitual poisoning. In addition to the costly price, the awful smell, and the constant wheeze, cigarettes are comprised of ingredients that are VERY terrible for your health! Just take a look at everything you inhale from the cigarettes you smoke: (And then think twice about grabbing that lighter…)
